The culinary days of the cachopo return to Madrid from 15 to 25 March giving prominence to one of the most popular dishes of Asturian cuisine.
The days of the cachopo will be accompanied by the 3rd phase of the election of the Best Cachopo of Spain 2018. One more year “The Guide of the Cachopo” will guide and enjoy through the rich dishes of the cuisine of Asturias and taste without moving from Madrid .
The diner can taste up to 37 different options of restaurants that will join this wide offer. The menu includes a starter, a cachopo and a drink for two for € 26.
Some of the multiple options that you will find among its varied menus will be the cachopo stuffed with Iberian shoulder and semi-cured Manchego cheese or the one with 5 cheeses and ham.
