It has been announced that, starting on Thursday, March 15, a special exhibition of Sanjuán will be inaugurated in which his paintings made exclusively on the iPad will be shown.
Although the artist’s work is little known in Spain, it is an unprecedented success internationally, so much that he has already received recognitions such as “Communication Arts – 2018 Illustration Winner”, “Latin American Illustration – 2017 Winner”, “American Illustration – 2016 Winner” and “Communication Arts – 2015 Illustration Winner”, among many others.
His works have a style of their own that combine hyperrealism with surrealism and are especially detailed, something that involves more than one hundred hours of work per frame, in which he combines techniques very similar to those of traditional painting but using exclusively the tools that offers you an Apple iPad and your fingers.
