Free Yoga organizes its sixth Masterclass in Madrid on June 3 in the Paseo del Prado. Free Yoga by Oysho was created in 2012 by three yogis, Mercedes, Xuan Lan and Monica passionate about bringing yoga to everyone through free yoga masterclass. For the last 5 years, they have celebrated ten multitudinous yoga classes, gathering thousands of people and becoming a reference in the world of yoga and well-being.
Monica and Mercedes are the founders of Zentro Urban Yoga, a group of yoga centers in Barcelona and Madrid. Xuan Lan, teacher and expert in yoga and wellness, author of the book ‘Mi Diario de yoga’, diffuses the practice of dynamic yoga through her online yoga platform with her blog and Youtube channel.
The previous edition, on October 8, 2017, had hosted around 3000 participants who enjoyed a spectacular yoga masterclass in the Paseo del Prado in Madrid.
