Garrido announces free access to users of the Youth Pass to the 3 main museums of Madrid.
The president of the Community of Madrid, Ángel Garrido, announced today that the more than 1.2 million holders of the Young Transport Pass, besides being able to travel throughout the region for a flat rate of 20 euros per month, will also have free access to the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums presenting the DNI and the Youth Pass.

People who do not yet have the Personal Public Transport Card can request it through the internet (they will receive it at their home between 7 and 15 business days after requesting it), in person at the tobacco shops (they will receive it at their home within a period of 20 calendar days after ordering) or at the Public Transport Card Management Offices (by requesting an appointment at telephone 012 or at www.tarjetatransportepublico.es). The cost of issuing the card is € 4.
