Plaza Matadero in Madrid hosts the Madrid Productores market every month, where more than 90 artisan food producers from the Community of Madrid meet.
The fundamental characteristic of the market is to offer a product of proximity, quality, artisan and ecological, directly from the producer to the consumer.
In Madrid Producers it is tried to return to the traditional flavors with a varied market where they do not lack the best vegetables, meats of the mountain, cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, olives, honey, bread artisan of sourdough, craft beers, wines, vermouth , among other products.
