It is already the third year that the city of Madrid celebrates the gastronomic days known as China Taste with the aim of discovering the richness of Chinese cuisine, coinciding with the celebration of the Chinese New Year, which in 2018 will be that of the Dog.
The organizers, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, with the collaboration of the Madrid City Council and the Community of Madrid, have organized these gastronomic days to bring to the capital the best of Asian Giant food. In the gastronomic days will participate several restaurants known for professionalism and the quality of their cuisine and some of the best Chinese chefs.
Some of the essentials to the appointment will be old people known as El Bund, Casa Lafu or Pato Laqueado restaurant in Beijing and others like Asía Te, Baiwei, Café Saigón, China Tea, Happy Buddha, Food Love, Hainao, Kzen, Long Feng Ju, Mo Restaurant, Ni Hao, Xiang and Xiang Zi Li, among others.
To this great gastronomic event they have not missed the opportunity to be part of the hotel sector, therefore, the Gran Hotel Meliá Palacio de los Duques and the Gran Meliá Colón will invite in their kitchens the renowned chef Scott Xu, who will prepare a special Cantonese menu for the clients. The main claim and main course of this third edition of China Taste will be Cantonese cuisine and its traditional products.
