The Salon de Gourmets returns as one of the reference events dedicated to the “delicatessen” products of Europe. From 7 to 10 May do not miss this appointment that returns in its 32nd edition to IFEMA.
In it, manufacturers, producers and processors of the food and quality drinks sector will meet from all corners of Spain. The event has different thematic exhibition areas differentiating the New Products Exhibition areas; Wine Tunnel / MAPAMA; GourmetQuesos, Author’s Cheese; Agora of Wine; The Oleoteca; Hall Gallery; LGM The Best Wines of the 33 Gourmets Wine Guide, and the Food Trucks Area.
An initiative that is full of activities for the visitor among which we can highlight the contest of ham cutters, the championship of Spain of sommeliers, the championship of Spain of oyster openers or the national championship of brewing beer.
For this edition it is expected the participation of 1,600 exhibitors and an offer of 40,000 products, of which 1,300 will be entirely new.
